Who We Are
Jo Ann Panke is founder and CEO of JP Consultants.
Building upon my 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field, administration and management, I decided to create a unique training and consulting business. My business is unique because it offers both customized training and “off the shelf” leadership programs that focus on strengthening teamwork and develop human resources.
I’m frequently contacted to assist public and private organizations to:
- strengthen and develop leadership and management skills;
- improve team moral, communication and conflict resolution;
- increase department productivity, and
- facilitate all phases of Strategic planning (vision, mission, values, goals, objectives and action planning).
Because I have established myself as a dynamic, motivational speaker, I present to both small groups and as a keynote at national conferences.
